QA/QC Introduction

There are more than 100 people in charge of our QC execution, ensuring that quality meets our clients' standards. We strictly inspect each stage of our manufacturing processes.

Description:Used to examine radial tire steel belts.

Name:Valve Air Seal Test
Description:Used to check the valve air seal performance to ensure tube quality.

Description:Used to inspect rubber materials for performance.

Description:Used to inspect the PCR and LT performance and ability for driving.

Description:Used to examine tire cracks.

Name:Carbon Disperser
Description:Used to inspect raw materials.

Description:Used to assess tire heat-resistance and wear-resistance of tires.

Name:Dynamic Balancer and Uniformity Test
Description:Used to examine the tire balance, and used to test tire distribution, uniformity, and jolt.

Description:Used to examine rim and wheel joints, and to ensure tire safety.
